Harvey W. Krieger
Harvey Krieger is a highly accomplished managing partner at Krieger, Wilansky & Hupart, boasting over four decades of professional experience.
Mr. Krieger is widely recognized by his peers for his unparalleled expertise in the field of law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baruch College in 1976 and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1980.
Mr. Krieger's impressive credentials include membership in the New York State Trial Lawyers and appointment as an arbitrator for the New York State Small Claims Court in the five boroughs of New York. In addition, he has been an active member of the Bronx community for many years, providing free advice to numerous local businesses.

Wayne M. Wilansky
Wayne M. Wilansky is a highly accomplished trial attorney and native New Yorker, with a deep commitment to his clients and the community. Raised in the Bronx and Queens, Mr. Wilansky is a born fighter who has won tournaments in Karate, Boxing, Chess, and Golf. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Queens College in 1980 and his Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude) from Brooklyn Law School in 1984.
While attending law school at night, Mr. Wilansky began his legal career as a student legal specialist for the Office of the Corporation Counsel of The City of New York. He later served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel and Senior Trial Attorney from 1981 to 1987. Since 1998, he has been a senior trial counsel with Krieger, Wilansky & Hupart, where he has continued to achieve impressive results for his clients.
Mr. Wilansky has extensive experience in a wide range of legal areas, including municipal liability, medical malpractice, labor law, trip and fall, and motor vehicle litigation. He has an unparalleled track record of success, with a 100% success rate in his early career trying cases for the City of New York. In private practice, he has joined the million-dollar and multi-million dollar clubs on numerous occasions and secured a litany of multi-million dollar settlements.
In addition to his legal work, Mr. Wilansky is dedicated to giving back to society. He regularly undertakes pro bono litigation and serves as a Board Member and General Counsel to the Integral Yoga Institute of New York.
